Video: The Ultimate Fighter 16 Season Teaser

As the Ultimate Fighting Championship prepares to launch the 16th season of The Ultimate Fighter, set to premiere with a two-hour special, Friday, September 14 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on FX – it is releasing the preview video recently tweeted by UFC President Dana White.



“The one thing I love about The Ultimate Fighter is, every season is different,” said UFC President Dana White. “Same scenario, same goal – everyone wants to win the contract, but every season has its own things happen to make it exciting and this one is no exception.”

“It’s no secret that Roy and I hate each other,” said Shane Carwin, former UFC interim heavyweight champion and coach of Team Carwin. “This is all the more reason why I want to destroy him and his team in this season of The Ultimate Fighter. There are a lot of twists and turns and things happen that I would have never assumed.”

"On this season of The Ultimate Fighter, plan to see TV magic at its best,” added Roy Nelson, previous TUF winner and coach of Team Nelson. “You have to watch because we have Santa, The Big Boss and his Henchman. Christmas, with Scrooge and a hired goon to make what is expected to be the best TUF season in FX history."
