Luiz Cane vs. Chris Camozzi Added To October's UFC 153

A middleweight tilt between Luiz Cane (12-4) and Chris Camozzi (17-5) comes as the latest addition the October's rapidly growing UFC 153 card.

UFC officials announced the booking on Wednesday.

UFC 153 takes place on October 13 at the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and is headlined by a featherweight title clash between reigning champ Jose Aldo and fellow WEC vet Erik Koch. Additional bouts include Vitor Belfort vs. Alan Belcher, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson vs. Glover Teixeira and Jon Fitch vs. Erick Silva.

Cane will look to find success as a middleweight after going 1-3 in his last four outings at 205-pounds — all three losses coming by way of first round knockout. In his most recent trip to the Octagon, the Brazilian was viciously stopped by Stanislav Nedkov at last summer's UFC 134.

Camozzi, meanwhile, will look to notch his third consecutive victory after going 2-1 since his return to the UFC roster late last year. In his latest performance, The Ultimate Fighter 11 alum scored a third round technical knockout over Nick Catone at June's UFC on FX 4
